The combined living and kitchen area is stylish and efficient, offering plenty of space for a small sofa and end table or a four-person dining table. This area comes equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave, white shaker cabinets, and white countertops. Located in Northwestern Brooklyn, Park Slope is considered one of the best neighborhoods in New York City for numerous reasons. Known for its beautiful Victorian-era architecture and iconic brownstones, Park Slope features some of the finest restaurants and retail shops in Brooklyn, making it a popular place to live among a wide range of people. Its proximity to scenic Prospect Park is another major draw for this charming residential neighborhood. Once home to some of the wealthiest and most affluent citizens in New York City, Park Slope today is a diverse area of middle-class families and working professionals that enjoy the modestly-priced homes and quiet, tree-lined streets. A majority of the housing stock in Park Slope consists of single-family rowhouses and apartment buildings with units that vary in price based on size and location. A neighborhood with a variety of zoning districts, Park Slope contains a historic district with 2,575 structures, making it New York’s largest landmark neighborhood. Situated on the top floor of a four-story, mixed-use building on the border of Park Slope and Gowanus, this apartment is steps away from convenience stores and local shops. A perfect home for those that prefer to walk or ride a bicycle, this Park Slope unit puts its tenants near all of the commercial activity one can find along Fifth Avenue. A two-minute walk from the front door of this 1931 building will get you to 9th Street station for trains on the BMT Broadway Line of the New York City Subway. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit.
